Useful Tools
We all want to feel and look better - to be the best we can be so that
we can live life to the fullest. Some call this state of being "Wellness".
Okay - so how does one measure wellness - and what is wellness anyway ? A
good definition would have to include physical considerations (nutrition,
actual body fitness/musculature, lab values), emotional groundedness, and
spirituality. It is the balance of these factors that helps us to realize
true health. It is pretty tough to be fully successful unless each area has
been given its rightful attention!
Below is a listing of useful tools that can begin to help you with the
physical part of you. Having as many of these tools within acceptable range
can help you to feel your strongest and thus contribute to your overall goal
of living your best!
